HyDev ("we," "our," or "us") operates VUBC Worship, a worship set list planning tool available at vubc.net. • Associate worship set data with your account

Session data — including your name, email, and profile picture URL — is stored in your browser's local storage to maintain your authenticated session across page visits. This data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to third-party services.

You can clear this data at any time by signing out of the application or clearing your browser's local storage.

We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose your personal information to any third parties. Your data stays within VUBC Worship and is used solely for your own authentication and experience within the Service.

The only third-party interaction is Google's OAuth authentication flow, which is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

VUBC Worship uses Google Sign-In and requests only the following OAuth scopes:

• openid — Verify your identity
• email — Access your email address
• profile — Access your name and profile picture

We do not request access to your Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, or any other Google services.

Session data is retained in local storage until you sign out or manually clear your browser data. Any server-side account data associated with your email is retained as long as you have an active account. You may request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us.

VUBC Worship is open to users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect any additional personal information from children beyond what is described in this policy. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information beyond what is described here, please contact us and we will promptly address the concern.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you by contacting us
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Revoke Google's authorization to share your data with us via your Google Account settings

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information. Session data is stored client-side in your browser's local storage, which is isolated to your device. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
