Terms of Service

By accessing or using VUBC Worship (the "Service"), operated by HyDev ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

VUBC Worship is a web-based worship set list planning tool designed for use by church worship teams. The Service allows users to organize, plan, and manage worship sets for church services. The Service is hosted at vubc.net.

Access to the Service requires authentication via Google Sign-In. By signing in, you authorize us to collect your Google account name, email address, and profile picture solely for the purpose of identifying you within the application. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose — planning worship sets for legitimate church activities. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use the Service to transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content

All content, design, and code comprising VUBC Worship is owned by HyDev and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any worship set data or content you create within the Service.

The Service is currently provided free of charge. In the future, we may introduce optional paid features or subscription tiers to help cover operating costs. We will notify registered users with reasonable advance notice before any pricing changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after such notice will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. HyDev does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HyDev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
